Eagle and Falcon are a German company based in Dubai who specialise in immigration and relocation services and obtaining visas for expats and their staff.
The Requirement
The market was being dominated by a large American company. Eagle and Falcon needed help to overcome the perceived advantages of the American company and so gain new corporate clients within Dubai. Deutsche Bank were their major client and they were targeting other western blue chip clients.
My Solution
- The first task was to create a compelling enough offer to induce large companies to trial Eagle and Falcon’s services.
- We put together a free trial offer and backed it up with a cast iron guarantee.
- We then created an email and direct mail campaign to the companies within the major business centre in Dubai.
The Results
This resulted in 3 new multi national corporate clients which in this market is huge and finally an offer to acquire the company by one of the UK “Magic Circle” accountancy firms.
